Public bug reported:

The Alarm Clock window sometimes does not show scheduled alarm entries. The 
information pane is plain empty.
I observed this repeatedly. Once it happened after I silenced a current alarm 
tone by pressing the red square button, minimizing the window and later 
revoking the window by clicking on the »Alarmclock« symbol in the lower right.
I am using Ubuntu 12.04 GNOME Shell 3.4.
