Public bug reported:

I find it necessary to have development tools synced to the latest, and
I would request a version bump to Eclipse 4.2 Juno by quantal. It has
special features for mobile development, and that is something which a
lot of users will benefit from.

Also, I am a "novice" if you may in terms of filling bugs for version
bumps. Do tell me if this is the right way to do it. I checked debian-
unstable, and I didnt find that the 4.2 package there yet.
