There are 2 bugs here:
1) In Unity the indicator is read as "window", no time is read at all.
2) In the unity-greeter, it reads the time once, say 6:33 and then when
you go back later at say 6:34, it still says 6:33. I'm not sure how
that's a focus issue, maybe more like an update issue.
I'm resetting the state back to New for the indicator-date-time since no
reason was given for making it incomplete and no additional information
was requested.
