I am getting the 401 error I reported in my initial bug report. As mentioned above I followed your advice reinstall the purchased software through USC and this lead to me having to uninstall world of goo and then trying to reinstall which failed with the same 401 error. Now nothing you have suggested seems to work. I guess on your end you can reset my subscription if I understand John's email correctly. Again I am not a programmer so I hope this all makes sense.
