This message is coming from lilo's initramfs hook (and it looks like
lilo's complaining that there's nothing defined in the config file?)

Not sure under what circumstances we even still install lilo, perhaps
some esoteric raid/lvm setups where the installer isn't quite sure grub
can cope?  Anyhow, reassigning to lilo for now.
