I'm going to go ahead and close this bug.
opengroupware was packaged in Debian but was removed because it was
unmaintained. It looked like the sogo project is a stronger fork of
opengroupware. sogo is available in Ubuntu 12.10 Alpha "Quantal
Quetzal".
