Meanwhile there is version taskcoach 1.3.16-0ubuntu11~oneiric-1 available. Updating my Taskcoach installation with this version was possible without problems via software-center.
I don't know if the deb package taskcoach_1.3.7-1.deb is still available at sourceforge or taskcoach.org.
