Since I had the problem, I found a workaround, but I don't know exactly
what was significant in the different actions I have done:

After my report:
try to "install" usblp with the command sudo rmmod usblp then modprobe usblp -> 
still not working (it seem normal because I was able to found the module on the 
HDD previously)

last week:
apt-get clean
apt-get remove cups
(I am not sure if i removed also samba?)
delete all the files remaining (but I have not the list)
apt-get install cups -> hourra!

I did not success to share the printer with other windows PC (but I did
not spent a lot of time for this, I cannot share the printer in the web
interface, I check the option but it has no effect) and I did not test
the access to the scanner.
