As my comments before, I couldn't get the log as the bug happens during
shut down. If someone please tell me how to display/collect kernel
output during shutdown, I will provide a log for further investigation.
And I have no way to know what package is involved until a log is
collected.
Re brad-figg's request: not able to do apport-collect 1019386 as the bug
happens after shutdown sequence started. Changing status to
"Confirmed".
