Public bug reported:

If you change the options in lxkeymap (lxkeymap -> tools -> options ->
[clicking the changes] -> ok -> apply -> closing the window), only the
last change is applied and written into ~/.config/lxkeymap.cfg

Tested with compose:caps and terminate:ctrl_alt_bksp which should be
quite independant.
