Out of all the information provided here, there is no backtrace from the
'crash' and so it is basically impossible to tell exactly what was going
wrong. If apport stated the bug was already reported though, then this
is a duplicate, and I have a pretty good idea of which bug it is, but
there is no way to tell for sure without a stack trace.
