HI, I can confirm this type of issue with my Dell vostro 3300, i5 . This has started happening after the 12.04 upgrade. I have windows 7 on my system. I have tested, it does not get disconnected . There is not issue with the wifi as my android device , galaxy s2 , never gets disconnected from the wifi.
