Just tested this.
First I switched my wired interface from Method: DHCP to Method: Manual.
On clicking "Save..." the configuration was updated immediately. Good,
because I assigned a different address.
Second I switched the wired interface back to Method: DHCP. On clicking
"Save..." the interface was not reconfigured immediately. Seems
reasonable. On disabling and re-enabling the wired interface the latter
was configured via DHCP.
I don't see a bug.
