Public bug reported:

xfce4-notifyd steals focus whenever a notification appears, which is
frustrating when you're in the middle of typing something and suddenly
you're not anymore. I thought that this might be an issue with me using
xmonad as my window manager, but the notifications even steal focus from
xflock4. So when I get notifications for updates or jabber messages
while my screen is locked, then which ever monitor that I last had focus
on will show the notifications along with whatever windows are open on
that monitor until the notification goes away.

This should be considered a security issue, since it means that people
can read your locked screen by messaging you on pidgin.
