What happens:
Gnome Power Manager doesn't exclude the monitor after i click "Lock Screen", it 
just locked screen (screen goes black) and monitor  turns off after 10 minutes 
(it value set in Power Manager).

What you expect to happen:
After i click "Lock Screen" screen should be locked and monitor should be 
turned off.
