Thanks for the fix. I tried to build the latest Unity and Nux from source and play with it under Ubuntu 12.04, this issue has been fixed. However, I found other issue.
As screenshot I attached, If I start to drag many files, the Launcher and Panel will disappear, until I release my mouse, they will be back.
