Running Ubuntu Precise amd64. Steps to reproduce the bug:
1) Launch gtkpod
2) Double-click the menu bar or click the maximize button
3) The left panel does not fit correctly and is hidden by the unity panel
I have enclosed a screenshot of the bad maximization.
