What does it take to get telepathy-gabble updated to 0.16.1 in Ubuntu 12.04? The Windows Live connection issues are fixed now (see https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=51033), but Ubuntu 12.04 users are still without Windows Live for several months.
