https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/117635 seems like a similar bug for
kubuntu.

Once again, navigating a directory with *.eps files with preview active causes 
massive system slowdown and memory use. Once process is killed, doesn't seem to 
relaunch.
Maybe be duplicate/Ubuntu version of kubuntu bug shown above.
