In my machine the following workaround works (provided by Alan Stern): echo disabled > /sys/devices/pci0000:00/0000:00:0b.0/power/wakeup
as root. In my PC, the OCHI controller is 0000:00:0b.0. I guess you should replace it by a suitable device ID on your machine.
