Public bug reported:
after installing and using lxubuntu-desktop on top of ubuntu 12.04; when
i do right click on the desktop and try to create a short cut; after
filling all fields and try to create shortcut it just fails silently. my
guess is that it uses lxshortcut to create them; and i'm not sure how to
start it from command line; there is also no man page for that
commad/tool.
