How to reproduce:
1. connect a small and a large monitor to the computer
2. open a window which is bigger (higher) than the small monitor and smaller 
than the big monitor
3. try to mximize window on small monitor

What should happen:
window should maximize on the small monitor

What happens:
window maximizes on the bigger monitor
