I solved creating a shell script with this command:

xrandr --output DVI-0 --mode 1280x1024 --rate 75 --left-of DVI-1
--rotate normal --output DVI-1 --mode 1280x1024 --rate 75

(please note you have to replace DVI-* with your output; xrandr -q to
find them out)

and putting it in starting application
