* It's got a test suite that's run on build.
* It build-depends on the pure virtual package 'automake1.11', but that is not
likely to ever have more than one provider. So not a blocker.
* Its maintainer is a bug subscriber, which is awesome.
* No important bugs.
* Doesn't have a history of needing a delta, nor is there one now.
Note to archive admins: libboost-regex-dev needs to be promoted to main
along with this. Its source boost-defaults is in main, as well as its
target package libboost-regex1.49-dev.
