Hi Zachary. We did have a previous report of what may be the issue that
you are seeing, bug 998865, but that seemed to have been a temporary
condition and has since been resolved outside of Software Center.
As per bug 998865, is there any chance you could attach a video of the
problem? FInally, could you let us know what video driver you are using?
