Contrary to what the bug description says, the dpkg terminal log is
actually about python3-software-properties 0.84, not 0.86. I fixed this
in 0.85.

package python3-software-properties (not installed) failed to
install/upgrade: trying to overwrite
'/usr/share/man/man1/add-apt-repository.1.gz', which is also in package
python-software-properties 0.83
