In order to debug the problem we'll need you to reinstall network-
manager, perform a download which "pauses", then run "apport-collect
1003694" to send us syslogs and other information. My guess is that NM
is temporarily deconfiguring the interface for one reason or another
(e.g., bug #1004775).
