ALSA: HDA: Support single 3-pin jack without VREF on the actual pin
Are scheduled for Linux-3.6. They will need backport to Quantal if we
decide to go with 3.5 kernel.
Pulseaudio patches are awaiting further testing from someone with the
hardware at hand.
