Please make sure you have dnsmasq installed; which is provided by the
'dnsmasq-base' package.
This package is required by NM for connection sharing to work; and is
being installed by network-manager via Recommends (soft dependency) and
now Depends in 12.04 (hard dependency).
Since this is not a bug; I'm closing this report as Invalid.
