Public bug reported:

According to the discussion concerning an SRU for precise about
upgrading Onboard from version 0.97.0 to version 0.97.1, marmuta derived
a patch from version 0.97.1 to have it added to version 0.97.0, so that
Onboard does not crash anymore when it uses po files containing errors.

So, I downloaded the current Onboard version from the main repository of
Ubuntu precise, applied the patch and packaged for precise.

Thanks in advance for reviewing and taking the update into account.
