Attached to this post is the non-elevated privilege output:
gnome-settings-daemon --debug --no-daemon

This debug output basically said:
The program 'gnome-settings-daemon' received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.
The error was 'BadValue (integer parameter out of range for operation)'.
  (Details: serial 193 error_code 2 request_code 154 minor_code 30)
  (Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.
To debug your program, run it with the --sync command line
option to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
backtrace from your debugger if you break on the gdk_x_error() function.)

Which I can't really understand. So...

My Questions are:
1.) Can the status of this bug for Natty be changed to confirmed or something
that more accurately reflects the problems I've shown with these posts?
2.) Is there anything I can uninstall, purge, or swap out with something else
to help confirm which packages are effected?
3.) Has this bug become a permanent unsolvable problem in terms of getting
themes to work in Natty again?

I will attempt a reinstall of various Ubuntu releases to see if I can
get this problem to go away. I'm out of idea's other than reinstalling.
