So 3.2-rc2 presents a couple of interesting symptoms. After I closed and re-opened the lid on the 6th time the system was at the unity login screen. After logging in and attempting a suspend a again the system fails to try and suspend all together. Closing the laptop lid for more than 5 minutes does not prove useful.
