I see the same behavior sometimes after bootup: NM configures wlan0 but it is impossible to communicate over it.
Disabling and re-enabling networking usually fixes the problem. Setting the 11n_disable parameter to 1 seems to prevent it from happening. Keeping the laptop plugged in (to power) may also prevent it from happening, but I'm not sure. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1002084 Title: NM shows connection but there is no connectivity; setting 11n_disable=1 on iwlwifi fixes it To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1002084/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
