* Fixes to fix FTBFS (LP: #120296)
- Remove include_dir from debian/patches/umfpack.dpatch
- Add paths for %includes to debian/patches/umfpack.dpatch
- Patch various setup.py from svn to update for new python-numby
(setup_update.dpatch)
- Give up and comment out building umfpack for now as it's broken
(removeumfpack.dpatch)
