Daniel Van Vugt, yes, since yesterday this bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity/+bug/781931 has been reported as a duplicate. But, as you can read, it involves pop-up windows (browsers) and update manager (as far as I know) too.
