Public bug reported:
The launcher icon for wine apps gets confused if windows are moved
between workspaces.
To reproduce:
1. Launch a wine program on workspace #1. (I launched it from a terminal.)
2. Move the window to workspace #2.
3. Move to workspace #3 and click the icon.
4. You are taken to workspace #1 instead of #2.
With a program that opens multiple windows only some windows are shown
if you click the icon after moving windows around.
