Hi Evan, and thank you for taking the time to look at my bug report, especially as it was worksforme.
You're correct in assuming I was encountering problems with user-level capture in wireshark. Yesterday I solved this problem by removing the wireshark group without problems using users-admin (Users and Groups GUI) and reinstalling wireshark. I got back into my primary group thanks to your advice. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1025337 Title: Wireshark couldn't delete the wireshark group : package wireshark- common 1.6.7-1 failed to install/upgrade: le sous-processus script post-removal installé a retourné une erreur de sortie d'état 128 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/wireshark/+bug/1025337/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
