Hi Marius I did what you asked and I received this response: philip@philip-MS-7529:~$ apport-collect 1014054 ERROR: connecting to Launchpad failed: Unable to find the server at launchpad.net You can reset the credentials by removing the file "/home/philip/.cache/apport/launchpad.credentials" philip@philip-MS-7529:~$
I went and had a look in the "/home/philip/.cache/apport/" folder, it was blank. I did a search on Google for info on apport and found a page that referred to the "var/crash/' folder I found file "_usr_sbin_modem- manager.0.crash". I am attaching it. If this is not the file that you are looking for pse let me know where I must go to get the file/s you require. Thank you for your time and interest in my issue.
