I have tested by my own. Proofgeneral is installable.
Please run on your system from terminal
sudo apt-get update
and then
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade -f
when there are any package trouble still arround the -f option should
apt enable to fix them by itself. The dist-upgrade makes sure that only
those packages are kept back that are absolutely incompatible. It also
installs the latest kernels for quantal.
When there is still a problem on your system, please set this report
back to new.
