Additional Information: When a window is unchanged in size (= as it opened), Ctrl+Alt+z is working just fine. But if the same window was being moved around by any of the Ctrl+Alt+Numpad combinations, no keyboard shortcut based movement to another screen is working. It's simply jumping back to its former position. The only workaround I've found so far seems to be maximizing the window (via Ctrl+Alt+Num5), moving it (via Ctrl+Alt+z) and resizing it again with either Ctrl+Alt+Numpad function. Mouse based movements are working as expected.
