This is not fixed in upstream.

When doing an upgrade through synaptic, I get the followiing errors every time:
First Screens Error Message:
E: samba4: subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit
status 1

Next screens error message:
ProvisioningError: guess_names: 'realm =' was not specified in supplied
/etc/samba/smb.conf. Please remove the smb.conf file and let provision
generate it
dpkg: error processing samba4 (--configure):
subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
 samba4

Note: In my case I had to try installing the unstable samba4 package
because I can't access any shared network resorces on the desktop from
any ones laptop over the local network and this is still the case today.
This was working fine in Oneric before the upgrade to Precise. Note: the
desktop can access shared folders from other computers that are running
older distributions such as 10.04 and 11.04 even with the currently
broken samba problems in Precise.

Question:
1.) How can I upgrade to the samba4 4.0.0~alpha19+dfsg1-7 fix that was released?
