Public bug reported:

After Update from Ubuntu 10.10 to 11.04 I get an Error message when I
try to install software via the Ubuntu Softwrae center (e.g. Art
Manager) => Error Message: "Failed to download package files - Check
your internet connection".

However I have Internet access (Chrome works correctly)!

But during the last update to Ubuntu 11.04 I got the following message:
"... re-enable 3rd party entries...."

Please help!
