kdm 4:4.8.4a.0ubuntu0.1
Both /etc/kde4/kdm/kdmrc and the package docs
(/usr/share/doc/README.Debian) specify that /etc/default/kdm.d can be
used to specify some parameters and override kdmrc. However, this
doesn't seem to function and I can't see anything in the kdm Upstart job
that affects the kdm.d directory.
Either support for kdm.d needs to be added to the Upstart job or remove
the kdmrc note and fix the docs.
