support request as this is usually a question of configuration. We have a

In addition to that you might want to read

denke jedoch, dass dies bei unserem Support-Team unter
https://answers.launchpad.net/questions besser aufgehoben ist, da
Auflösungsprobleme in der Regel auf eine fehlerhafte Konfiguration
zurückzuführen sind. Ich möchte dich zusätzlich auf

im Detail auf deutsch erklärt wird. Ich schließe den Fehlerbericht erstmal.
