I could not confirm the bug when it was filed; in these months, the main programmer left the project and let the domain expire.
Right now, there is a community-maintained version of OpenBVE at http://www.openbve.org/; one of the other developers continues to maintain the official version at http://odakyufan.zxq.net/openbve/index.html. Work is in progress to coordinate and continue development of the simulator.
