*followup to #2*
What your screenshot shows is for when you're filing this bug here
against Launchpad, and you choose "I don't know", its keeping the entry
in the text box. It is correctly "disassigning" the package apparently,
since the screenie is for this bug.
However, for the record, this is not an Ubuntu bug, but an issue in
Launchpad Itself.
I am adding this bug against Launchpad itself, and marking the bug as "Invalid"
against Ubuntu, as it is not an Ubuntu bug.
