It's a bummer that it's not in Debian, but I trust the Kubuntu team to
look after it. But they should really be bug subscribers then. Else no
one is watching this package.
Additionally, tests exist but are not run because the package doesn't
Build-Depend on Qt. It should do that, and the tests should be part of
the build. (The tests don't seem to require the GUI parts of Qt, just
the core and test bits.)
Finally, I noticed that swig2.0 is a Build-Depend but not used? "Could
not build SWIG bindings, because SWIG is missing." Is that intentional?
