Bug #1025046 and Bug #964328 was miscategorized by "Ubuntu Foundation's Bug Bot (crichton)" because of the somewhat convoluted method to file bugs mentioned above. The owner of the bot should be contacted if this is collateral damage or if the bot can be improved. Future bugs should be filed the correct way, using ubuntu-bug. There is no problem with Launchpad, the bug is filed against ubuntu and no package (also no bug in ubuntu should be filed this way).
Bug #931165 was also filed as intended (ubuntu+no package, again not optimal) and human beings changed the package.
