** Description changed:

+ [Test Case]
+ 1. Have your Launcher not filled completely with icons
+ 2. Start dragging one of the Launcher icons
+ 3. While dragging, move the icon to the bottom of the screen, away from the
Launcher
+ -> Verify that the 'drop position line' on the Launcher indicates the
space between the last application icon and the switcher icon.
+
+ [Regression Potential]
+ Launcher drag and drop broken. Broken dropping applications to the launcher
and/or launcher icons.
+
+ Original description:
+
Using current staging (but it's there for some time)

  * use a launcher non full of icons
  * click an icon and dnd to the right to reoder it
  * go to the bottom of the screen

What should happen: the "position" line on the launcher indicating where
the icon will go should indicate the bottom slot

What happens: it's off by one and ignore the bottom slot
