The fact is, unless we somehow introduce a mandatory time limit for
jobs, a job that stalls will always also stall checkbox. However
checkbox now has more relevant debugging output to identify this
situation. Also, the job that installed ipmitool was deprecated in favor
of a dependency. I'll mark this bug invalid based on this.
